For the woman believer who’s done waiting for the perfect plan—and is ready to move in faith.
What if you could walk boldly in obedience even when you’re unsure of the next step?

Feeling Stuck? You’re Not Alone.
"Lord, I know you're calling me to something, but I don't know where to start. I feel stuck..."

It's 6:00 am. You wake up early—Bible open, heart ready. You want to obey. The nudge is there, but the next step feels foggy, and fear creeps in.

By mid-morning, life is loud again. Emails. Meetings. Kids. Errands. Another day of going through the motions while the God-thing gets pushed to “later.”

You’ve tried all the right things—sermons, podcasts, Bible studies, vision boards, accountability—but you still don’t know how to implement what God is asking.
Your desire to obey is real. What’s missing is a practical way to walk it out.

And if nothing shifts, another season could pass with your calling stuck in “someday.”

But it doesn’t have to.

I’ve Lived This Tension Too
Hi, I’m Erin, and I used to feel exactly where you are right now.

The year was 2018, and I call it the year I was gracefully broken. On the outside, I was smiling, and everything looked fine. On the inside, I felt stuck—unfulfilled, anxious, and deeply aware that God was calling me into something more.

I was unfulfilled in my career, and crying out to God for direction but had no clarity on my next steps. I didn’t know my purpose, and the weight of it all felt overwhelming.

I was doing all the “right” things—praying, fasting, worshiping, reading my Bible, attending conferences—yet still afraid to move forward with God-given confidence. I was faithful… but not moving.

I had tried to figure it out in my own strength. And it wasn’t working.

By the end of that year—after breaking, surrendering, and wrestling with God—I finally came to the end of myself. And in that place, God gave me one word that changed everything:

Obedience.

What If the Problem Wasn’t Your Effort…But Your Approach?

You’ve been taught to seek clarity by gathering more information—so you did.
-
You listened to the sermons.
-
You've been given a word.
-
You studied.
-
You journaled.

But still…no fruit.

Because clarity doesn’t grow from endless input—it grows as you move in step with what God has already spoken.

You've been taught, faith without works is dead. At some point, obedience requires a step, not another study. You don’t need more inspiration. You need a structure that helps you carry out the plans God has given you.

When your faith gains intentional movement, hearing and following God stops feeling complicated—and starts becoming your normal.

And that’s exactly what’s coming next.

Introducing…
A membership community for women of faith ready to move boldly from called to committed.

You're not called to manage outcomes, timing, opinions, or who will (or won’t) support you. Your role is simply to listen, prepare, surrender, and trust:
-
Listening to God’s instruction
-
Preparing what He asks of you
-
Surrendering your own expectations
-
Believing that He will do exactly what He said
Inside the Walking In Obedience community, we help you steward your time, habits, and focus around your part, while trusting God fully with the outcomes that only He can produce.

The Walking In Obedience Way: From Called to Committed
In the Walking In Obedience Community, we don’t just talk about obedience—we walk it out.
The F3 Framework is a comprehensive approach that develops women of faith to walk boldly and confidently into what God is calling us to do.

In W.I.O., we always say, "Obedience is not about YOU, but it's about the people we are called to reach!" Who is missing out due to your lack of obedience!
- Founder, Erin Lonon

The F3 Framework
The F3 Framework is divided into quarterly cycles, moving each month from faith to formation to follow-through.
This is a continuous cycle, so growth compounds. Join anytime—you will start in the current phase, but will have access to all previous recordings.
Faith: Building The Foundation

-
Obedience flows from relationship, not performance.
The Faith modules help you root your obedience in who God is, who you are in Him, and how He speaks to you. This is where striving ends and surrender begins.
You’ll learn to:
-
Establish consistent spiritual rhythms
-
Walk in a secure, God-given identity
-
Grow in discernment and trust in God's voice.

Formation: Becoming The Women You’re Called to Be

-
Obedience becomes sustainable when your inner life is aligned.
The Formation module focuses on the mindset, habits, and maturity required to steward your “yes.” This is the inner work that turns obedience into a lifestyle—not a moment.
You’ll learn to:
-
Align your values, identity, and lifestyle with God’s calling
-
Grow emotionally, relationally, and as a leader
-
Build healthy rhythms that support your calling

Follow-Through: Begin Walking It Out

-
Faith and Formation lead to action.
This Follow-Through Module is where transformation meets implementation. You’ll take practical, Spirit-led steps toward God’s calling—with clarity, courage, and community support.
You’ll learn to:
-
Take consistent, Spirit-led steps that align with your calling
-
Walk With Courage — Even Without All the Answers
-
Experience tangible spiritual fruit through obedience

Wait.. There's More!
Our F3 Framework content is securely stored in our W.I.O. Vault, giving you the freedom to review and refresh your understanding anytime. But true transformation happens in our W.I.O. Resources —the space where faith moves into action.
Through live support, practical tools, and real accountability, you’ll learn how to turn obedience into consistent, sustainable action. We don’t just encourage obedience—we walk you through it step by step.

Faith without works is dead. Here, you’ll experience the works side of obedience—with support to keep moving forward even when doubt, resistance, or questions arise.

Still Feel Hesitant?
Let's Talk About What May Be Holding You Back

Even the most faith-filled women wrestle with hesitation.
-
What if I fail—or succeed?
-
What if I heard God wrong?
-
I don’t have the time.
-
I’m not ready yet.
-
What will people think?
-
I’m not qualified.
-
I don’t even know where to start.

All of these are valid. Truly.

I’ve wrestled with every single one myself—which is exactly why community matters.

Inside Walking in Obedience, you’ll walk alongside women navigating the same fears, questions, and internal battles in real time. Here, you’ll learn that:
-
You can have doubts and still move forward
-
You can feel unsure and still take a faithful step
-
You can be afraid—and still obey

This is where hesitation turns into holy momentum.

Read below to hear what women from our previous programming experienced on their Walking in Obedience journey.

You Don’t Have to Do This Alone
As you read above, there have been women who have been on this obedience journey with me for years and have experienced breakthroughs, and you can too. But let’s make sure this is the right community for you!
Signs this may be a right fit:
-
You’re a Christian woman who knows God has called you—and you’re ready to move from sensing to stepping.
-
You value a Jesus-centered, Scripture-honoring approach that prioritizes prayer, community, and integrity.
-
You want simple, Spirit-led practices to hear God clearly, confirm direction biblically, and act with confidence.
-
You’re done with overthinking and perfectionism; you’re ready to take small, consistent steps.
-
You’ve tried going it alone and now want structure and community.
-
You carry a full life (family, work, ministry) and need a time-efficient plan that fits real schedules.
-
You care about impact and legacy—obedience that bears fruit in your home, church, work, and beyond.

Meet Your Leader & Mentor

If your journals are overflowing, your voice notes are stacked, and your Google Docs are half-started—I see you. I’ve been there too. What changed everything for me wasn’t a perfect plan—it was taking one word, one nudge, one faithful step.

That single step led me to host women’s Bible studies, write books on obedience, lead youth and women’s retreats, build businesses, and walk alongside countless women as they step into clarity, confidence, and purpose.

That’s why I started the Walking in Obedience Community. I help women like you go from where you are to where God is calling you to be. Now hear me out—I’m a straight shooter with a soft heart. I’ll nudge you out of your comfort zone and sit right beside you while you do it, because it genuinely bothers me to watch women live beneath what God has for them.

I’m here to champion your calling, provide accountability, and remind you that obedience is closer—and simpler—than it feels. Together, we’ll focus on your part in faith, while trusting God to do His.

Frequently asked questions
Someone's Wating On Your Obedience
Delayed Obedience Is Still Disobedience — And Some Seasons Do Have Expiration Dates
You don’t need another confirmation. God has already spoken. Now it’s time to take the step.

Because when obedience is delayed:
-
Overthinking becomes avoidance.
-
Confidence fades, and clarity gets questioned
-
Other people’s priorities crowd out your assignment
-
Doors that require readiness close.
-
People connected to your obedience wait longer

But this is exactly what shifts inside the Walking in Obedience Community.

Here, you’ll name your assignment clearly, replace hesitation with action, and experience real fruit—finished drafts, launched ideas, and faithful steps that feel peaceful, not pressured.

You could keep praying about it… or you could start moving with God.
Clarity grows. Momentum builds. Doors open.
Let this be the season you walk through them.
